All Nuisance Wildlife Exclusion work is warrantied for a period of 1 year, from the date of our Initial Exclusion. If the target wildlife breeches our repair, we will respond in a timely manner to fix the incursion. We cannot be responsible for any areas, which are water damaged, rotten, modified or compromised in any way. We also are not responsible for areas that we did not repair. We cannot warranty our work if our recommendations were not followed. Most common example would be branches or trees that are not trimmed at least 6-10 feet back from the roofline, which will allow animals back onto the roof.
