Flying Squirrels are a growing problem in the Madison area. They find their way into attics and can travel freely through attics and walls. Flying squirrels can flatten out to get into cracks as small as ½ to ¾ of an inch. Squirrel populations will range from only a few during summer months when most will live outside to upwards of 20 over the winter months when they group together to stay warm.
Flying Squirrel Exclusion consists of not only removing problem animals but also identifying and sealing up all entry points to prevent return of other neighborhood squirrels in the future.
